Come work with industry experts to identify, assess, and manage risk for global businesses. You'll work with people of all levels, develop a broad understanding of products and their risks, build your network, and develop expertise in a diverse team environment.
What to Expect
Understanding, mitigating, and managing risk is essential to our success. Risk managers help manage financial reputation and regulatory performance, while shaping decisions, influencing models, and interacting with regulators.
The nine-week program starts with a five-day orientation and training session in Indianapolis.
Expert instructors and RRS Group professionals will teach about our history, products, and client services.
During training, you'll learn valuation analysis, accounting, corporate finance, economics, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and risk analysis.
You'll build technical and practical knowledge on the job with opportunities in groups such as:
- Market Risk Team: Partners with the Corporate and Investment Bank to track market events, perform portfolio analysis, and provide risk advisory for asset classes (FX, Rates, Equities, Credit, Securitized Products, Commodities).
- CTC Risk Team: Manages the risk of retained portfolio from CTC businesses. Includes Market Risk, Credit Risk, Reputational Risk, Country Risk, Principal Risk, Model Risk. Manages firmwide Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk, and Capital Risk independently.
Responsibilities may include analysis/due diligence on counterparties/products, monitoring risk sensitivities, building financial models, contributing to analytical exercises, preparing reports, and assisting in evaluating market moves.

Internship Requirements
- Full-time commitment for the 14-week Fall 2025 term.

About You
If you're highly motivated and enjoy teamwork, this is for you. Key skills include strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills; excellent project management skills; initiative, energy, and confidence; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Excel and Word; fluency in English; coursework in finance or economics; U.S. college/university attendance; minimum 3.0 GPA; anticipated graduation between December 2025 and May 2026.

Hourly pay is anticipated to be between $28.00 - $35.00.
