We are seeking a skilled 3D Rendering and BIM Modeling Specialist to support high-end visual and technical modeling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings using 3ds Max.
- Create and manage BIM models using software such as Revit.
- Interpret design briefs, architectural plans, and concept boards.
- Apply lighting, textures, and materials for realistic visual output.
- Revise and refine deliverables based on feedback.
- Maintain organized project files, render assets, and BIM documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 3D rendering and BIM modeling.
