The Account Executive, Renewal Sales is responsible for active account management, cross-selling, and retaining merchant relations.
What you will do:
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
- Drive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business with customers
- Provide recommendations based on a customer's business needs and usage patterns
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to thoroughly qualify leads and sales opportunities
- Leverage business from new and established relationships, and strategize, negotiate, and close business.
