Join Guardant Health's growing commercial team as a field-based Account Executive to promote cancer screening. Prospect and target healthcare providers for high utilization of SHIELD, maximizing promotional budgets and executing national sales strategy. Drive business expansion with primary care providers.Develop and implement a business plan supporting the launch of revolutionary cancer screening technology.Collaborate with national/regional labs for phlebotomy draw agreements. Analyze competitive landscape and provide customer feedback to leadership. Manage promotional activities and work effectively across multiple departments. Travel extensively within assigned territory, and regionally/nationally for meetings. Essential:
- 4+ years of healthcare industry sales experience (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals).
- Proven closing abilities and performance exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong consultative selling abilities.
- Market, customer, distribution, and product knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and confidentiality skills.
- Administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva preferred).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with diagnostic products and phlebotomy sales.
- Product launch planning and execution experience.
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape.
- High-touch customer service skills.
Compensation: $116,000 - $133,000 base salary (US) + benefits.
