Critical to achieving this milestone is a multi-disciplinary marketing and business development function. The Account Marketing Manager is an integral contributor to this team, developing client-facing presentations for early and middle-stage sales pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and edit PowerPoint presentations for client and potential client pursuits.
- Create visually compelling and persuasive presentations communicating the value proposition, project approach, and team expertise.
- Collaborate with technical staff to ensure accuracy and clarity in presentation materials. Collaborate with senior executives for internal global calls with CBRE.
- Collaborate with sales, key account and executive teams to gather information and develop client and pursuit plan stories.
- Enhance client-facing content using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Produce presentations for annual key account plans and regular key account business reviews.
- Gather intelligence on key client contacts and activities contributing to key account plans (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather intelligence on potential pursuits and contacts, strengthening pursuit plans.
- Prioritize key account research and identify further pursuits for research.
- Manage a structured hierarchy for all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Audit collateral to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the creation and design of new brochures, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and insights during brochure development.
- Manage brochure production timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Update statistics and information in existing brochures bi-annually.
- Refresh branding elements to maintain brochure engagement.
- Ensure all brochures and collateral adhere to branding guidelines.
- Implement stakeholder feedback to improve marketing materials.
- Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to align collateral with business objectives.
- Act as guardian of the Turner & Townsend brand, ensuring consistency.
- Meet deadlines under pressure and proactively communicate issues.
- Ensure all work is performed on time, cost-effectively, and according to Turner & Townsend’s high-quality standards. Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
