Job Details
We are seeking students (1st or 2nd year) with Business Administration or Accounting degrees to join our Accounts Payable team.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice review and approval (per SLAs).
- Vendor Master List review and updates.
- Liaising with stakeholders for approvals (Vendors, Business Units).
- Control checkups with Treasury and Accounting.
- Vendor correspondence and inquiries.
- Assist with special projects.
Requirements:
- Entry-level student in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong bilingual English-Spanish skills.
- Customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
