Contractor Adjunct Instructor - Humanities

• Instruct general education courses in degree programs.
• Develop coursework for assigned classes.
• Improve quality of instruction using innovative methodologies.
• Review and revise syllabi and instructional guidelines.
• Evaluate students and provide timely feedback.
• Assist with strategic planning and assessment.
• Maintain student records and assist with data collection.
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery.
• Provide ongoing communication with students.
• Participate in professional development and stay current with college updates.
• Commitment to teaching a multicultural student body.
• Participate in Quarterly Online Faculty meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
• Experience mentoring students.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous online teaching experience with an LMS.
• Background in educational methodology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
