Job Details
The School of Professional Studies is seeking adjunct lecturers to teach the course Digital Workplace & Digital Transformation (online synchronous or in-person) starting in spring 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Attend all online or in-person class sessions.
- Prepare course materials.
- Monitor student concerns and inquiries; conduct office hours.
- Evaluate and grade student assignments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field. Doctoral degree preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching semester-long courses at the graduate level.
- Extensive knowledge of best-practice frameworks to design and manage digital transformation projects and related KPIs.
- Extensive knowledge of digital workplace-related issues.
- First-hand experience of having led organizations through digital transformation experiences.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- First-hand experience includes digital workplace and digital transformations both pre and post genAI.
- Proven scholarly work and/or public thought leadership in the above areas.
