Columbia University School of Professional Studies seeks industry professionals for the role of adjunct Lecturer to develop and teach various courses in the school’s M.S. in Technology Management program.

Responsibilities
- Lead in-person and/or online class lectures, instructional activities, and classroom discussion
- Evaluate student work and grade assignments
- Monitor student concerns and inquiries and be the first point of contact for student questions
- Hold weekly office hours
- Prepare, maintain, and enhance the course in Canvas
- Attend Technology Management faculty meetings
- Design and develop graduate-level course materials that reflect current industry trends and academic rigor
- For online courses, collaborate with an instructional designer.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in IT, business management, finance, or other related disciplines
- At least 15 years of industry experience with a focus on driving digital transformation and innovation processes in large corporations
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- A terminal degree in one of the above mentioned disciplines
- 2+ years graduate-level university teaching experience
