Job Details
Arranging/coordinating travel plans, planning events and agendas for individuals and/or small teams. Handles requests and performs administrative support to small teams and/or leadership.
Data entry – updating the current database.
Manages meeting calendar for executive team on Outlook.
Project support in document platforms (i.e. Box, DropBox, etc.).
Schedules and arranges meetings, special events, etc.
Plans and coordinates conferences and department activities.
Primary responsibility for reception/answering calls, taking messages and transferring phone calls.
Supports special projects.
Assists with any other tasks assigned by Office Coordinator and the executives.
Copywriting, assists with proposals, PowerPoint presentations.
Supports internal communications; writing talking points, editing.
Plans and coordinates attendees for conferences.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields; preferably supporting senior management in large organizations.
Prior project support experience in document platforms (i.e. Box, DropBox, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Microsoft Office required. Must be Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient and have the ability to embrace new technology.
Demonstrate job stability.
