Aftermarket Sales Manager
Leads sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment for Syntegon packaging equipment.
Improves customer satisfaction by working with Syntegon resources to address customer needs and technical specifications.
Team-oriented individual builds strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drives lead generation and manages sales pipeline.
- Represents aftermarket products (Field Service, Parts, Modernization, Training).
- Builds and maintains positive customer relationships.
- Develops regional sales strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Uses CRM tools for documentation.
- Collaborates with new equipment sales teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering, science, or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience (territory management & customer relations in capital equipment OR customer/technical skills in field service, technical helpdesk, or project management).
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge or hands-on experience in the assigned sector.
- Proven track record in aftermarket sales.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Success in breaking into new markets and expanding networks.
- Strong service orientation.
Compensation:
90k/year - 125k/year (dependent on experience, location, and other factors)
