Summary In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI agent frameworks, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, and a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving. Proficiency in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and creating adaptable, goal-driven AI agents is essential.
Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development: Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like CrewAI, N8N, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, OpenAI Swarm, PhiData, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Autogen. Develop AI agents for data warehousing and marketing applications.
- Advanced Learning Implementation: Apply reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, and multi-agent systems to enhance agent autonomy and collaboration. Experiment with emerging technologies like generative AI and self-supervised learning.
- Integration and Deployment: Deploy scalable, high-performance AI systems on cloud and edge environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing systems.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze AI agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in Agentic AI and contribute to best practices. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ethics and Compliance: Ensure AI systems align with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards. Mitigate biases and promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning.
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes and programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and reinforcement learning libraries (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Ray RLlib).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-agent systems
- Experience with low-code/no-code tools
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI development principles
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Knowledge and experience in advanced perception techniques (e.g., computer vision, NLP)
