Job Details

AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multi-Modal Generative AI.

Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to build scalable, production-grade solutions.

  1. AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms, ensuring scalability and performance. Develop APIs for AI functionalities.
  2. Data Preparation & Processing: Preprocess diverse data types (PDFs, Word, Excel, HTML, audio, video, databases) for models. Ensure data quality and security.
  3. LLM Applications: Build advanced LLM applications (RAG workflows, fine-tuning, embedding models). Implement reasoning and agent-based systems (LangGraph, LangChain). Optimize performance using RAGAS and retrieval mechanisms.
  4. Cloud Deployment & Operations: Deploy AI and LLM applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS). Manage production-grade solutions using tools like Amazon SageMaker, ensuring monitoring, scaling, and visibility.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Track solution performance using monitoring tools and feedback mechanisms. Improve solution quality by analyzing outputs.
  6. Research & Innovation: Stay updated on AI methodologies, frameworks, and technologies. Incorporate cutting-edge developments into workflows and create reusable AI frameworks.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business needs into AI solutions, collaborating with stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration and scalability of AI tools.
  8. Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain detailed documentation of AI models, processes, and workflows. Establish and promote best practices across teams.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AI techniques (RAG, LLM fine-tuning, embedding models). Advanced Python programming skills and experience with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain. Expertise in handling large datasets, vectorized data, and ETL/ELT tools.

Cloud & MLOps: Hands-on experience with AWS deployments and management. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and MLOps practices.

Problem Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and clear articulation of technical concepts.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
