AI Transformation Expert needed to lead the way in making our organization smarter, faster, and more collaborative through real, practical AI solutions.
We need an AI strategist to build a clear, actionable roadmap for AI adoption, focusing on applied AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/LLM use cases across departments.
- Build internal tools (e.g., chatbots, interfaces) to make knowledge easily accessible.
- Develop and implement a modern knowledge management system that breaks down silos.
- Improve onboarding experiences for traders and algorithm specialists with smart, AI-supported processes.
- Identify bottlenecks in internal operations and propose tech-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, HR, and product teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI/LLM implementations in a business environment.
- Background in technical program management, analytics, or product ownership.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem.
- Experience deploying AI for knowledge management, internal automation, or operational efficiency.
- Ability to integrate AI systems with HR platforms, internal knowledge bases, and other business tools.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
- Strong communication skills to evangelize AI adoption.
