We are recruiting for an experienced AI/ML Engineering Lead to join an Agentic AI Factory. You will guide a team of AI Solutions Engineers in designing, delivering, and scaling Agentic AI solutions.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will coordinate technical direction, best practices, and team resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate engineering resources effectively.
- Oversee technical design, architecture, and code quality of AI solutions.
- Act as the main escalation point for complex engineering issues.
- Maintain active technical involvement in key projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Support prioritization of AI use cases and assess technical feasibility.
- Foster continuous improvement in engineering practices.
- Lead the development of reusable components and best practices.
- Drive operationalization of AI systems.
- Oversee adherence to security, privacy, and responsible AI regulations.
- Cultivate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
- Participate in recruitment and performance evaluation.
- Stay current with advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
- Provide clear documentation and progress reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Advanced technical expertise in AI, NLP, machine learning, and prompt engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python and major AI/ML libraries.
- Experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI models and agent frameworks.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps/MLOps tools.
- Understanding of data pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search technologies.
- Proven track record implementing secure, compliant AI solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading agile, project-based engineering teams.
- Excellent command of English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AI or cloud platforms.
- Experience delivering agentic AI or LLM-based enterprise solutions.
- Background in AI/ML model optimization and deployment using MLOps pipelines.
- Experience establishing engineering standards and reusable frameworks.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
