Analytics Platform Engineer This is a contract position.This is a hybrid opportunity located in New York, NY.About this PositionJoin a dynamic team as an Analytics Platform Engineer supporting a real-time financial analytics platform. In this role, you will help build and optimize backend systems used for investment performance and risk measurement, powering insights for financial professionals worldwide.Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend enhancements for analytics systems
- Build scalable features using Java with high performance in mind
- Ensure efficient memory usage and real-time processing standards
- Collaborate with teams throughout the full development lifecycle
- Contribute to testing, code review, and system deployment activities
Job Skills/Requirements
- 4+ years of Java development (Java 8+), Spring framework experience
- Strong understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and caching
- Experience working with Sybase or DB2 databases
- Ability to build scalable backend systems in a high-performance environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Range
