Location: Canada/ USA- Remote (1st Preference to Canada)
Note: Overall 15 yrs experience needed, 5 years in Analplan
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Anaplan Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Anaplan models.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary architect for Anaplan solutions, ensuring scalable and maintainable model designs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan models in line with best practices (DISCO methodology).
- Integrate Anaplan with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools).
- Optimize existing Anaplan models and processes to improve performance and usability.
- Provide strategic guidance on Anaplan roadmap, governance, and model lifecycle management.
- Train and mentor model builders and end-users.
- Stay current with Anaplan platform updates and assess their impact on business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Anaplan, including at least 2 years in an Architect or Lead Model Builder role.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan model design, workspace management, and integration strategies.
- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (preferred).
- Proven experience with enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations.
- Proficiency in data integration tools and APIs (e.g., Anaplan Connect, Informatica, Mulesoft).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FP&A, Supply Chain, or Sales Planning use cases.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
