Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads using your provided scripts and lead packs
- Conduct basic qualification conversations with prospects
- Warm up leads through professional and friendly phone interactions
- Schedule appointments for prospects who are available and interested to speak with you
- Follow established scripts while being able to adapt and go off-script when necessary
- Notify you immediately when prospects are ready for presentations
- Maintain professional representation as an assistant to senior management at Globe Life
Requirements:
- Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting roles
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Comfortable with basic qualification questioning techniques
- Ability to work within your time zone
