Intern Aprendiz SENA - Salud y Seguridad

Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system to ensure a service focused on the prevention and protection of worker health, complying with Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312. Support all processes and activities related to the annual occupational health and safety plan, including the promotion and prevention of workers' physical and mental well-being. Support and monitor scheduled training activities, events, and talks within the occupational health and safety plan, ensuring their successful development. Document all occupational health and safety activities to maintain an organized record of actions. Encourage the use of virtual tools for conducting ergonomic and safety inspections. Manage and schedule meetings with internal committees, such as COPASST, the Convivencia Committee, and the Emergency Brigade. Keep the occupational health and safety management system documentation up-to-date. Implement and/or update the active break program, including the corresponding documentation, implementation, and follow-up.

Requirements: Student Technician or Technologist available to begin their practice (productive stage) in a program related to the position. Basic English level (A2) with a passion for the language and an openness to working with requirements and documentation handled in English. Use of Microsoft suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). Basic Excel knowledge. Results orientation, good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving.
