Area Sales Manager, in collaboration with the Country Manager CE, will implement a systematic sales management approach, focusing on Waste Recycling and sorting solutions (investment levels typically EUR 200,000 – 1,500,000 per order).
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing sales activities, occasionally supporting sales activities outside Central Europe.
- Ensuring effective internal organization of processes and structures.
- Managing the area sales budget.
- Developing and coaching the global sales team.
- Executing company strategy and supporting the Business Development Manager in evaluating new business fields.
- Participating in local and international exhibitions and conferences.
- Being an active part of the global Recycling Team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, or a comparable field with significant industrial experience.
- Interest in the waste recycling or waste processing industry.
- Interest in selling large capital equipment or technical equipment with long project sales cycles.
