Contractor Associate Java Software Developer

Callibrity is a developer-owned and managed custom software development consulting company. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, this remote role requires Eastern or Central Time zone adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Mentoring and upskilling Callibrity peers and client teams

• Teaching software development best practices (Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven (preferred)
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, React, Version Control, Agile (preferred)
• Experience with Kafka, Jenkins (a plus)
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud application development (a plus)
• Strong professional IT and/or consulting background
• Proven problem-solving skills (CoderPad and Code Pairing challenges)
• Strong interpersonal skills (influencer, professionalism, accountability, passion for learning)
• Interest in career growth and development
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
