Job Details
- Provide quality telephone customer service to patients and parents
- Answer both inbound and outbound calls to confirm and/or create dental appointments
- Deliver quality and superior customer care to every parent or patient on the phone
- Gather information accurately
- Coordinate with other areas as needed
- Refer issues for further investigation to relevant department
- Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and in particular focus on salesmanship skills
- High focus on customer service and satisfaction
Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent. Prior experience in a call center or in the dental field is advantageous but not required
Technical Skills:Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Edge
Skills and Attributes:- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
- Compassion and high-level of service for our patients
- Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and in particular focus on salesmanship skills
- Detailed oriented- Keen aptitude and adaptability to change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
