This is a fully remote position, open to California-licensed attorneys with at least 3 years of corporate transactional experience. Transactional real estate experience, particularly in commercial office space leasing, is highly preferred, but candidates with strong general transactional experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and redline commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other contracts.
- Negotiate commercial leases and other real estate-related agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide detailed analyses.
- Review, analyze, and summarize legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Handle additional projects as assigned by the legal team.
Qualifications:
- 3-10+ years of corporate transactional experience.
- Transactional real estate experience, particularly in commercial office space leasing, is highly preferred but not required.
- Must hold an active California Bar license.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with shifting priorities and strict deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely.
