Responsibilities

• Manage Automated Email channel calendar, executing prioritized campaigns.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, focusing on goals while understanding timelines and partner needs.
• Develop and flawlessly execute automated email campaigns (request form intake, spec updates, scheduling, coding audit, creative timelines, overall process management).
• Collaborate with Automated Email Strategy lead and Database Marketing team to build optimal execution strategies.
• Review coding requirements, ensuring accurate interpretation and delivery.
• Ensure procedures, approvals, and campaign requirements are followed, including compliance and documentation.
• Be proactive and action-oriented, pushing oneself and others for optimal results.
• Leverage technical skills and business acumen to understand data flow for cross-functional areas.
• Document and validate coding requirements; find creative ways to leverage data to maximize reach.
• Employ technical project management skills to implement requirements correctly.
• Maintain strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills to meet timelines and drive solutions.
• Understand data, its meaning, and its use; work with other teams on data sources and utilization.
• Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to learn and adjust to changes.
