Contractor Automated Email Channel Manager

Primary Responsibility: Drive flawless execution of marketing campaigns in the automated email platform.

Key Requirements: Strategic collaboration with internal teams, advanced technical acumen, data integration understanding, strong project management and data integration skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail for program audits.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Managing automated email channel calendar and campaign execution.
2. Managing stakeholder expectations and understanding larger picture (timelines, partner needs, supportability).
3. Developing and executing automated email campaigns (request form intake, spec updates, meeting scheduling, coding audit review, creative timelines, overall process project management).
4. Collaborating with Automated Email Strategy lead and Database Marketing team to build optimal execution strategies (review coding requirements, ensure accurate delivery).
5. Ensuring procedures, approvals, and campaign requirements are followed and documented.
6. Understanding compliance requirements.
7. Demonstrating curiosity and passion about email marketing and data selection for audience identification.
8. Proactive, action-oriented approach (pushing self and others).
9. Combining technical skills with business acumen to describe data flow and assembly for cross-functional areas.
10. Documenting and validating coding requirements.
11. Developing creative solutions to leverage data effectively.
12. Implementing requirements correctly using technical project management skills.
13. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
14. Understanding how data works, its meaning, and usage.
