Contractor AWS Cloud Architect

• The main goal is to improve development experience and enable self-service access to cloud, with a platform engineering / service catalog approach
• Looking for someone with a strong Cloud Architecture background (AWS) but also a good sense of cloud automation / DevOps to ensure seamless collaboration
• Their main focus is Containers / Kubernetes, using EKS, so the candidate must be strong on this. On top of that, client uses AWS services like: SQS, Glue, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and EC2.
• From a Cloud tech stack they use Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack, Data Dog and Splunk. Experience or at least some knowledge on all of these is required.
• *NOTE: Ansible / SaltStack may be interchangeable.
