Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing landscape documentation and prepare questionnaires to establish an accurate representation of the landscape.
- Steer applications based on Business Criticality and align with the client Program Manager through proactive communication.
- Create Solution Architecture artifacts of current and future states using draw.io for AWS Architecture diagrams, including Authentication and Authorization flows.
- Coordinate with IAM (Microsoft Entra ID) and SSO implementation stakeholders to establish Authentication and Authorization frameworks.
- Coordinate with InfoSec stakeholders and present current/future state security aspects, aligning with IT Security policy frameworks.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and Application owners to ensure seamless application migration.
- Coordinate with dependent IT teams and Vendors, providing solutions for blockers during technical sessions.
- Present solutions and migration aspects to the Architecture review board for approval.
- Flexible to accommodate meetings with European stakeholders or early US hours.
- Work in a fast-changing environment with diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Follow the client Program planning, be transparent about timelines, and act to achieve optimal results within deadlines.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in creating solution architecture for varied applications (custom coded and commercial off-the-shelf) on-premises (VMware) and cloud (AWS and Azure).
- Proficiency in AWS Services (EC2, VPC, Security, RDS, IAM, Lambda, SES) and hands-on deployment using Terraform, BitBucket.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server Power Shell scripting and IIS deployment/configuration.
- Knowledge of database management services, backup & restore processes, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
- Experience working in factory environments.
Desired cloud certifications: AWS Solution Architect.
