MGA Behavior Therapy delivers high-quality, timely therapies for children. As part of MGA Homecare, we offer ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapies.
The OpportunityWe’re seeking a BCBA to lead a team of BTs and RBTs, deliver evidence-based treatment, and ensure quality care for 10–15 patients.
Responsibilities:- Manage treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver training.
- Coach and mentor BTs/RBTs through performance management and training.
- Develop individualized plans and behavior strategies.
- Ensure high standards of care through data collection and note review.
- Uphold BACB standards.
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification with BACB
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD population, and 1+ year in ABA
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong skills in early intervention and assessments
