Role overview: We are seeking a BI Engineer (Snowflake/Tableau) to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with the product team and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver visually appealing and impactful BI solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Leverage Snowflake to extract and analyze data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports and dashboards.
- Optimize the performance of dashboards and reports for scalability and user experience.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business teams and provide actionable insights.

Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BI Engineer or similar role with a focus on dashboard and report development.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
- Experience using Snowflake for querying and analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Strong SQL skills for creating queries and data transformations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-friendly BI solutions.
