As a BigCommerce Lead, you will drive the development and management of our BigCommerce-based e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead for all BigCommerce projects.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage the BigCommerce platform, including customizations, integrations, and third-party applications.
• Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Lead the design and development of custom BigCommerce themes, plugins, and extensions.
• Implement advanced customizations.
• Optimize and maintain existing BigCommerce stores.
• Develop and implement custom solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement caching strategies.
• Optimize database queries.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes.
