Job OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting for legal positions, ideally for U.S.-based law firms. Familiarity with personal injury law roles is highly preferred. In this role, you will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage a streamlined recruitment process to support our legal-sector clients.

This is a remote, part-time position—ideal for someone with a background in legal staffing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs—particularly for legal support roles.
• Strategize and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct resume reviews, assessments, and interviews to evaluate legal knowledge, soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the interview process from scheduling through offer and onboarding, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines using ATS tools and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable recruitment policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, specifically with legal-sector recruitment.
• Demonstrated success placing candidates in U.S.-based law firms, with bonus points for experience in personal injury staffing.
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills, with an understanding of legal terminology and job functions (e.g., paralegals, legal assistants, intake specialists).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks across different time zones.
