About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bilingual UX Writer proficient in both English and Arabic to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging user-facing content across our digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for a range of products in both English and Arabic.
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers.
- Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Test and optimize copy for readability, usability, and accessibility.
- Create and update microcopy.
- Partner with the localization team.
- Work closely with UX researchers.
- Ensure that copy aligns with the brand's voice and values.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Copywriter, or Content Designer.
- Strong understanding of UX principles.
- Experience working with Figma.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and content performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in localization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
- Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, or digital products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
