Contractor Brand Designer

We’re looking for a visionary Brand Designer to help shape our visual identity and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. If you’re a creative thinker with a strong design aesthetic and a passion for storytelling — we’d love to connect!

What You’ll Do:

• Design visual assets that reflect and evolve Contra’s brand identity
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to create high-impact visuals for campaigns, content, and social
• Develop design systems, templates, and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
• Create presentations, landing pages, and branded content for internal and external use
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals
• Elevate the look and feel of Contra’s brand with a clean, modern aesthetic

Skills:

• Strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling
• Typography, layout, and composition expertise
• Experience creating digital and print assets (social, decks, web, etc.)
• Ability to interpret and execute on creative briefs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for consistency and polish

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working with early-stage startups or marketplace platforms
• Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
• Photography, illustration, or other creative skills
• Previous work on product marketing, brand refreshes, or rebrands
