Contractor Brand Designer

Description: Kit is an email-first operating system for creators. We help creators grow and monetize their audience.

The Role: We need a Brand Designer with a generalist visual communication design skillset to produce marketing assets for Kit.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for product features and content.
• Create compelling slide decks.
• Design imagery for blog and YouTube content.
• Develop web landing pages and microsites.
• Create illustrations, icons, and photographs.
• Design merch and collateral for events.
• Design PDF playbooks and reports.
• Design email templates and landing pages.
• Follow Kit brand guidelines.
• Meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency using Figma design system and templates.
• Update project status in Notion and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide multiple design options.

Requirements:

• Prior experience designing for SaaS products.
• Portfolio showcasing various marketing channel designs.
• Strong design skills (typography, iconography, illustration, motion).
• Ability to respond well to feedback and communicate design decisions.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience using Figma and Kit product.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with remote team.
• Belief in Kit's mission, vision, and values.

Compensation: $4,500 - $5,500/month, 20 hours/week, 12-month contract with possible extension.
