Job Details
Primary Tasks: Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets. Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files.
- Additional Tasks (for applicants interested in more complex work):
- Conducting business research on topics like economics, finance, marketing, social media, HR, psychology, law.
- Analyzing data and determining impact on business operations (marketing, sales, HR).
- Developing design concepts/prototypes for website/mobile app using Adobe XD or creating marketing/social media posts/banners using Canva.
- Collaborating with employees from other departments (Finance, Graphics, IT, Psychology).
- Clearly communicating problems and solutions to the Managing Director via Skype.
Skills & Experience: Preferably from a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major with a CGPA of 2.80 or higher. Proficiency in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
- Experience with Adobe XD or Photoshop (bonus).
- Experience with Figma or Invision (bonus).
- Passion for lean operations (bonus).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Project management skills and experience using tools like Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize data neatly.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with foreign/international primary and secondary school curricula (bonus).
