Intern Business Admin/ Business Research & Development

Primary Tasks

• Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets.
• Ensuring data/information integrity in MS Excel files by checking for errors and mistakes.

Other tasks (for applicants who enjoy complex work):

• Conducting business research on topics related to economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resources, psychology, law, etc., based on your major or specialization.
• Analyzing research data and determining how findings impact operations (e.g., marketing, sales, human resources).
• Developing design concepts or prototypes for the website and mobile app using Adobe XD, or creating marketing/social media posts and banners using Canva.
• Collaborating with employees from various departments (Finance, Graphics Design, IT, Psychology, etc.) on specific tasks.
• Communicating problems and solutions clearly and openly with the Managing Director via Skype.

Requirements

• Preferably a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.80.
• Proficient in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
• Experience with Adobe XD or Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience with Figma or Invision is a plus.
• Passion for lean and mean operations is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Project management skills and experience with tools like Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc., is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize data/information neatly.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with foreign/international primary & secondary school curricula is a plus.
