Job Details
Primary Tasks: Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets. Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files.
More Complex Tasks: Conducting business research on topics (e.g., economics, finance, marketing). Analyzing data to understand its impact on operations (marketing, sales, HR). Creating design concepts for websites/mobile apps (Adobe XD) or marketing materials (Canva).
Collaboration: Working with employees from other departments (Finance, Graphics design, IT, Psychology). Clearly communicating problems and solutions to the Managing Director via Skype.
Qualifications: Preferably with a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major. Minimum CGPA of 2.80. Experience with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
Bonus Skills: Adobe XD or Photoshop design experience, Figma or Invision experience, passion for lean operations, project management skills (using tools like Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Other Requirements: Good attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational skills, good English proficiency. Some familiarity with international school curricula is a plus.
