Job Details
Primary Tasks: Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets. Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files, eliminating errors.
More Complex Tasks: Conducting business research on various topics (economics, finance, marketing, etc.). Analyzing data for insights impacting operations (marketing, sales, HR). Developing website/app design concepts (Adobe XD) or marketing materials (Canva). Collaborating with other departments (Finance, Graphics, IT). Communicating effectively with the Managing Director via Skype.
Requirements: Preferably a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major. CGPA of 2.80 or higher. Proficient in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype. Experience with Adobe XD or Photoshop (bonus). Familiarity with Figma or InVision (bonus). Passion for lean operations. Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet skills. Project management skills using tools like Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana. Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and organization skills. Strong English proficiency. Some familiarity with international curricula (bonus).
