Job Details
Primary Tasks Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets.
Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files, verifying for errors.
More Complex Tasks:
- Conducting business research on topics like economics, finance, marketing, social media, etc.
- Analyzing data to determine how findings impact operations (Marketing, Sales, HRM, etc).
- Creating website/mobile app design concepts using Adobe XD, and marketing/social media posts/banners with Canva.
- Collaborating with other departments (Finance, Graphics Design, IT, Psychology, etc.) on tasks.
- Communicating problems and solutions clearly to the Managing Director via Skype.
Qualifications Preferable major in Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
Minimum CGPA: 2.80.
Proficient in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in Adobe XD or Photoshop.
- Experience with Figma or Invision.
- Passion for lean operations.
- Project management skills and tools (Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and data organization skills.
Strong English proficiency.
Familiarity with international curricula (primary & secondary) is a plus.
