Intern Business Admin/Business Research Intern

Primary Tasks

• Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets.
• Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files (no errors).
• Complex tasks: Conducting business research on topics like economics, finance, marketing, etc. (based on major/specialization).
• Analyzing data, determining impact on operations (e.g., marketing, sales, HR).
• Developing website/mobile app design concepts (Adobe XD) or marketing/social media posts (Canva).
• Collaborating with other departments (Finance, Graphics, IT, Psychology, etc.).
• Clear communication of problems/solutions via Skype with the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major.
• CGPA of 2.80 or higher.
• Proficient in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
• Bonus skills: Adobe XD or Photoshop design experience, Figma/Invision experience.
• Passion for lean operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Project management skills (Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with foreign/international curricula (bonus).
