Job Details
Primary Tasks
- Data collection and merging of datasets from various excel files or Google Sheets
- Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files (no errors or mistakes)
Other Tasks (more complex):
- Business research on topics (economics, finance, marketing, etc.) based on major/specialization
- Data analysis for research, determining impact on operations (marketing, sales, HR)
- Design concepts/prototypes for website/mobile app (Adobe XD) or marketing/social media posts/banners (Canva)
- Collaboration with employees from other departments (Finance, Graphics design, IT, Psychology)
- Clear communication of problems/solutions via Skype with Managing Director
Qualifications
- Preferred majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurial
- CGPA: 2.80 or higher
- Software Proficiency: Google Drive, Dropbox, Skype, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Bonus Skills: Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, Invision, Project management tools (Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana), good attention to detail, analytical skills, good English proficiency
- Bonus: Experience with foreign/international curricula
- Working Time: Flexible, aside from usual 9am-6pm
