Job Details
Primary Tasks: Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets. Ensuring data integrity by checking for errors in MS Excel files.
- Conducting business research on selected topics (e.g., economics, finance, marketing, etc.), analyzing data, and determining how findings impact operations.
- Helping with website/mobile app design concepts using Adobe XD or creating marketing/social media content with Canva.
- Collaborating with employees from other departments (Finance, Graphics design, IT, etc.) on tasks.
- Clearly communicating problems and solutions to the Managing Director via Skype.
Requirements: Preferably from a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major with a CGPA of 2.80 or higher. Proficiency in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype. Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, or Invision is a plus. Passion for lean operations, excellent analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Project management skills and experience using project management tools (Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus. Good English proficiency. Some familiarity with foreign/international curricula is beneficial.
