Job Details
Primary Tasks
Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets. Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files, avoiding errors.
Complex Tasks (for applicants)
Conducting business research on topics like economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resources, psychology, or law (based on major). Analyzing data to understand implications for operations (marketing, sales, HR). Designing website and mobile app concepts using Adobe XD or social media posts/banners using Canva.
Collaboration
Working with employees from finance, graphics, IT, psychology, etc. Clearly communicating problems and solutions to the Managing Director via Skype.
Qualifications
Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship.
CGPA: 2.80 or above.
Tools/Software Proficiency: Google Drive, Dropbox, Skype, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
Bonus Skills: Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, Invision, project management tools (Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana).
Experience: Lean operations experience is a plus.
Additional Skills: Attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, excellent English communication, familiarity with foreign curricula (primary/secondary).
