Intern Business Admin/Business Research Intern

Primary Tasks

• Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets.
• Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files, checking for errors.

Other tasks for applicants who like more complex work:

• Conducting business research on topics like economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resource, psychology, law, etc. (based on major/specialization).
• Analyzing data for research, determining impact on operations (e.g., marketing, sales, HR).
• Helping with website/app design concepts (Adobe XD) or marketing materials (Canva).
• Collaborating with Finance, Graphics Design, IT, Psychology, etc., departments.
• Clear communication of problems and solutions via Skype with the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major.
• CGPA of 2.80 or higher.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
• Experience with Adobe XD or Photoshop (a bonus).
• Experience with Figma or InVision (a bonus).
• Passion for lean operations (a bonus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Project management skills and tools (Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) (a bonus).
• Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and data organization.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with international curricula (a bonus).
