Job Details
Primary Tasks: Data collection and merging of datasets from Excel files or Google Sheets. Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files.
Other tasks:
- Conducting business research on topics (economics, finance, marketing, etc.).
- Analyzing data and determining impact on operations (marketing, sales, etc.).
- Developing design concepts (website, mobile apps) using Adobe XD or creating marketing/social media posts with Canva.
- Collaborating with various departments (Finance, Graphics Design, IT).
- Clearly communicating problems and solutions to the Managing Director via Skype.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major.
- CGPA of 2.80 or higher.
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
- Experience with Adobe XD or Photoshop (a bonus).
- Experience with Figma or InVision (a bonus).
- Passion for lean operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet skills.
- Project management skills (using tools like Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize data in a neat fashion.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with foreign/international curricula (a bonus).
