Temporary Business Analyst 6 month FTC

We're seeking a motivated, and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency.

This role will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements
• Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and develop and deliver projects
• Lead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementation
• Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions
• Implement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools
• Oversee the program of work with support from the Operations team

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions
• Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Qualifications in project management, data analysis and/or business analysis
• Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath)
• Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
