We're seeking a motivated, and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency.
This role will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements
- Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and develop and deliver projects
- Lead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementation
- Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions
- Implement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools
- Oversee the program of work with support from the Operations team
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions
- Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in project management, data analysis and/or business analysis
- Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath)
- Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
