Contractor Business Analyst

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for new projects and initiatives.
2. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for enhancement or optimization.
3. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure well-defined project scopes.
4. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and process diagrams.
5. Work with project teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
6. Support project management by tracking project progress and addressing any issues.
7. Assist in developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, are a plus.
