This role requires 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, coupled with strong knowledge of business workflow configuration. Experience in gathering, grooming requirements, and adding descriptions to PBIs is highly valued.
Project Overview: A patient management application for hospital/nursing home networks in the U.S., including billing and insurance features.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of IT business analysis experience
- Strong BA theory, domain expertise, and excellent English communication
- Technical understanding of IT and software development processes (SDLC)
- Experience with requirement management systems (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Familiarity with prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort)
- Stakeholder analysis using the RACI matrix and business case resolution
- Proficiency in creating use cases/user stories with acceptance criteria, prototyping (Figma, draw.io, Balsamiq)
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements from business users
- Formalize requirements in user and technical specifications, including PBIs
- Collaborate with the development team on technical feasibility
- Support the development and testing process for compliance
- Enhance business analysis processes and methodologies
- Utilize stakeholder analysis (RACI) and prioritization
Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour workdays (flexible hours, 9-12 EST client meetings required)
