Business Analyst - Contract Opportunity - Remote Position (PST Hours)
Support the Monetization Partnerships team.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and define business needs with stakeholders.
- Develop solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Create test cases, facilitate testing, and ensure systems meet requirements.
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and efficiency.
Skills/Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic planning, or business operations.
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for teamwork.
- Change management experience is a plus.
