Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Business Division. The successful candidate will support growth initiatives across company services, focused on Gen AI and CRM. This role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, and/or Gen AI. A track record of success in program management or business analyst roles is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies/proposals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market motions.
- Coordinating and supporting proof-of-concept efforts for ongoing engagements.
- Engaging clients regularly to understand needs, gather requirements, and manage issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, marketing, and/or Gen AI in business development, business analyst, or other operational roles.
- Client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
- Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and applications is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving results and contributing to business growth.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
Employment Type: Possible Contract.
